How to tell if your cart is wired clockwise vs counterclockwise: Shift your cart to neutral (your cart must be changed to mechanic's mode for this to work properly). Looking from the passenger side of cart, locate your starter generator belt and press on accelerator. If starter generator belt spins towards front of cart, you have a clockwise rotation. If the starter generator belt spins towards the back of the cart, you have a counter clockwise rotation.
